Job Description

Spa Attendant

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a relaxing and luxurious spa experience. This role plays a key part in upholding the spa's high standards of hygiene and service.

  • Ensure the spa facilities, including treatment rooms, lounges, and changing areas, are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked.
  • Greet and assist guests, providing towels, robes, and other amenities as needed.
  • Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service.
  • Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
  • Maintain the spa's ambiance by monitoring lighting, music, and overall presentation.
  • Assist therapists and other spa team as required.
  • Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications

Candidate Profile

Knowledge and Experience

  • Ability to provide legible communication.
  • Minimum one year experience in customer service, hospitality or the spa industry.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Competencies

  • Able to converse in English.
  • Ability to contribute and work effectively in a team.
  • Able to withstand physically heavy duties.
  • Has good guest relations.
