Telford Offshore is looking for
Electrician for DP3 Accommodation / Construction barge
in Qatar.

Rotation:
8 weeks on / 8 weeks off

Joining date:
ASAP

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in rank on DP vessels.
  • Experience with IT job will be a plus.
  • Holding BOSIET / FOET OPITO certificate.
  • Holding H2S OPITO certificate.
  • Holding STCW ETR (Electro-technical rating) certificate.
  • Holding STCW certificates.

Operational Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Check that all company or client's electrical / electronic equipment mobilized on board is suitable and compatible to the vessel electrical supplies.
  • Check that the above equipment complies with Rules, Regulations and Standards for electric equipment.
  • Optimise the use electric/electronic equipment inventory.
  • Maintain a detailed log where all maintenance is recorded.
  • Acts as a member of the emergency team as dictated by the Muster List.
  • Resolve IT issues related to Software/ Hardware/ Networking/ IT Support Function.
