Premium Solutions Consultancy is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations for a prestigious client in the hospitality industry. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards. Additionally, you will oversee a team of housekeeping staff, training and motivating them to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing housekeeping standards and procedures.
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
  • Managing a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
  • Handling guest complaints and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitoring inventory and ordering necessary supplies.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Proven track record of managing a diverse team.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
