Premium Solutions Consultancy is looking for a motivated and energetic Fitness Instructor - Female Arab to join our team. As a Fitness Instructor, your role will be to lead group fitness classes and provide personalized training sessions to our clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead group fitness classes, including but not limited to: aerobics, dance, strength training, and yoga.
  • Provide personalized training sessions to clients based on their fitness goals and abilities.
  • Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and form, ensuring clients' safety and effectiveness of workouts.
  • Create and implement workout programs tailored to clients' individual needs.
  • Monitor and track clients' progress, providing feedback and encouragement along the way.
  • Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
  • Stay up to date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.
  • Ensure the workout area is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Assist with fitness assessments and consultations as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or similar role.
  • Fitness certification or diploma in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of various exercise techniques, equipment, and training principles.
  • Ability to lead group fitness classes with enthusiasm and energy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
  • Positive and motivating attitude.
