  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure seamless execution of commissioning activities.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and calibration of all refinery equipment, including extraction units, refining systems, and packaging lines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed commissioning schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring projects stay on track and within financial parameters.
  • Orchestrate the entire commissioning lifecycle of an edible oil refinery, from pre-commissioning checks to performance testing and handover.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive commissioning reports, including performance data, test results, and recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the commissioning process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices for future projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Holds a minimum of 8 years of experience in the edible oil refinery industry, with a focus on commissioning and startup.
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates proven expertise in the commissioning of edible oil processing equipment, including extraction, refining, and packaging systems.
  • Has a strong understanding of relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols, such as those related to food safety and process safety management.
  • Requires fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
