Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar for a Trade Marketing Specialist. In this position, the Specialist will develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and product performance in retail channels. Responsibilities include market planning, data analysis to optimize marketing efforts, supporting marketing and promotional campaigns, building relationships with retailers and partners, and monitoring the effectiveness of trade activities. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Market Planning and Trade Marketing, with a strong understanding of retail channels and consumer behavior
  • Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate data and determine the success of marketing strategies
  • Strong Communication skills to build relationships with retailers, partners, and internal teams
  • Marketing expertise to identify opportunities, create campaigns, and implement innovative ideas
  • Proficiency in market research tools and techniques is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
