Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement seasonal and thematic visual merchandising strategies
  • Design in-store displays, signage, and product arrangements that align with brand aesthetics
  • Ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints (interior, exterior, pop-ups, events)
  • Source and manage display materials, props, and décor elements
  • Monitor customer flow and behavior to optimize layout and presentation
  • Collaborate on photoshoots, social media content, and promotional campaigns
  • Stay updated on global design trends and local cultural influences

Requirements

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in hospitality, retail, or F&B
  • Strong design sensibility and understanding of spatial storytelling
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Canva)
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Knowledge of Qatar's cultural landscape and consumer preferences is a plus
