We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in delivering the MENA Insurtech and Fintech Summit 2026. This role is essential in supporting the Event Manager across all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in stakeholder engagement, contract and payment follow-ups, vendor management, and marketing support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about events, innovation, and financial technology to help bring one of the region's flagship industry gatherings to life.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 & 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭:
Support communication with sponsors, partners, exhibitors, and participants; manage timely follow-ups and updates.
- 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫 & 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Work closely with venue teams, catering providers, and other suppliers to ensure smooth operations, including F&B arrangements and logistics.
- 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 & 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Track contracts, manage follow-ups on signatures and approvals, and ensure co-ordination with legal and finance teams for timely delivery.
𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭:
Coordinate with the marketing team on communication schedules and posting plans.
Assist in maintaining consistent messaging across channels.
Ensure stakeholders are aligned with marketing timelines and deliverables.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Maintain project trackers, schedules, and reporting to ensure deadlines are met and the team stays on track.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
- Bachelor's degree in business, Events Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, events management, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and a tech background is a major plus
- Passion for events, innovation, and exploring new tools.
