The QualityAssurance Auditor is responsible to the Quality Assurance Team Leader forassurance of the appropriate regulatory, statutory and business requirements.Therole holder may be required to carry out additional or alternative tasks from time to time,subject to holding the appropriate qualifications. The post will be established in Qatar at asuitable time to support establishing and managing an Audit Schedule compliantto the Continuing Airworthiness Regulatory Framework.     Core Activity: Assuring compliance with appropriate regulationsstandards and associated procedures.Assisting in the development and continuous maintenance of theintegrated audit programme and be responsible for conducting Audits in linewith the integrated audit programme. Responsibility for compiling audit reports, highlighting anyissues for escalation, including the status of non -conformities, to promotetimely closure. Providing support in implementing embedded Assurance managementacross all aspects of the AM&S business - support managers in understandingthe practical applications of regulated material, through effective audit andidentification of conformance and non -conformance.Promoting a positive assurance culture.Providing references to regulations and policies for assistance in resolvingproblems. Conducting audits in line with theintegrated audit programme.Compiling audit reports, highlighting any issues for escalation, including the status of non -conformities, to promote timely closure.Whilst the role holder has no leadership responsibility, they maybe required to train new team members.Effective and credible communicatorwith strong interpersonal skills.Good influencer in persuading thebusiness to  address identifiednon -conformances, carry out the improvement or mitigation actions identified.Diplomaticin identifying mitigation actions within the Customer community.   RequirementsRecognised as an assurance/lead auditor qualification, complimented withvocational experience acceptable to the approving competent authority.Understanding of all appropriate regulatory requirements, includingtheir interaction and application.Ability to maintain independence from areas to be audited.Ability to support a continuous improvement culture underpinned byappropriate management reporting systems and escalation processes.This is a role for an individual who is able to carry out assurance activities with a minimum of supervision.
