We are seeking a customer-focused Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of the dining area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts using the restaurant's reservation system.
  • Provide accurate waiting times and maintain clear communication with guests.
  • Coordinate with servers and management to ensure efficient seating and service flow.
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and handle guest inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and entrance area.
  • Assist in presenting menus and offering basic restaurant information.
  • Support the team with special requests, events, and VIP guest arrangements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality training is a plus).
  • Previous experience as a restaurant hostess, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling skills.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR1, QAR2,000.00 per month
