Addiction Nurse

Premium Solutions Consultancy is actively seeking a dedicated Addiction Nurse to join our team. As an Addiction Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse or addiction. You will work closely with patients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and provide educational support to both patients and their families.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their specific needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide wound care as needed
• Educate patients and their families on addiction, treatment options, and healthy coping mechanisms
• Provide counseling and support to patients, including individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Stay current with advancements in addiction treatment and participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Valid nursing license
• Proven experience working with individuals with addiction or substance abuse issues
• Knowledge of addiction treatment methods and therapies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate and non-judgmental care
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
