Position: CAD Resources (2) – 6 Months Contract
Job Description:
We are looking for 2 experienced CAD professionals to support our ELV and ICT projects. Responsibilities include:
Prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation for ELV and ICT systems using AutoCAD and other drafting software, especially CCTV system drawings, with awareness of MOI regulations.
Review and interpret design specifications, project requirements, and standards to produce accurate drawings.
Collaborate with engineers and project teams to incorporate design changes and ensure alignment with project goals.
Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation for easy access and version control.
Support site teams by providing clarifications and updates related to drawings during construction.
Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated and conflict-free system designs.
Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and technological advancements in ELV/ICT systems and drafting tools.
Conduct or assist in site surveys to gather accurate field data and ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting/design software.
Strong understanding of ELV/ICT systems, including CCTV, access control, BMS, PA systems, and networking.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with engineering teams, contractors, and clients.
Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies.
Education:
Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Engineering
Certifications:
AutoCAD, Revit
Experience:
6–10 years as a Senior Draughtsman
