Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and results-driven
Project Manager
to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to align team efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including team members, budget, and equipment.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide project teams to achieve objectives.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and clients to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Oversee project implementation related to
    Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM systems
    .
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Generate and present periodic project status reports and documentation.
  • Adapt to evolving project requirements and fast-changing environments.
  • Maintain strong organizational and time management practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    5 years of proven experience
    in project management.
  • Technical background in software
    development or implementation (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM
    .
  • Excellent
    analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    .
  • Strong
    communication and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Proficiency in
    English
    ;
    Arabic
    language skills are preferred.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    and project management tools.
  • Strong
    marketing and negotiation
    abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Bachelor's degree in business
    , IT, or a related field
