Discipline: Project Delivery and Institutional Development

Role Purpose: To support the planning, quality assurance, and execution monitoring of Ministry-led programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities, performance standards, and timely delivery across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities with internal departments, external consultants, and stakeholders.

  • Track and report on the performance of service providers and project contributors using KPIs.

  • Facilitate project reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy in status updates.

  • Organize and support workshops, site visits, and planning sessions across initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across planning and implementation phases.

  • Monitor project progress against defined milestones and timelines, highlighting deviations and risks.

  • Support risk identification and mitigation planning across cross-functional workstreams.

  • Design and implement quality management systems aligned with organizational performance targets.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and decision logs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: QAR25,000.00 per month
