Internal Auditing Experience Required
Arabic Speaker Preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Coordinator to support contract management activities, including handling RFQs/RFPs, service orders, and ensuring confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have strong procurement/contract experience and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for potential bidders during RFQ/RFP, selection, and negotiation stages.
- Coordinate the floating, evaluation, and issuance of Service Orders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or contract management.
- Strong knowledge of contract procedures and compliance.
- Internal auditing experience is required.
Skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
