Job Summary:

Metazyber Technologies is seeking organized and detail-oriented IT Asset Officers to support a large-scale IT asset verification and tagging project across various locations in Qatar. The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying, verifying, tagging, and documenting all IT assets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Physically inspect and verify IT hardware assets (laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, etc.)
  • Apply barcode/QR code labels on IT assets as per defined standards
  • Capture and document asset details including serial number, model, location, assigned user, and condition
  • Take clear photographs of each asset with the applied tag
  • Update asset tracking templates or data collection tools accurately
  • Coordinate with the team lead to report progress and exceptions
  • Follow tagging procedures, safety protocols, and site access guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, inventory, or asset tracking roles
    • Basic knowledge of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.)
    • Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets or asset collection forms
    • Ability to work independently across multiple locations
    • Good communication and documentation skills
    • Arabic language skills are a plus.
    • Experience with barcode scanning or QR code-based tracking
    • Familiarity with asset management tools (e.g., ManageEngine, Freshservice) is an advantage.

Note: Transportation between locations will be managed by the client. Applicants should be willing to travel across branches daily and handle physical tagging work.
