We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, open houses, and market evaluations.
  • Provide clients with advice on market conditions, pricing, and mortgage options.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure all agreements comply with legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through networking and referrals.
  • Market properties through online platforms, advertising, and promotional events.
  • Stay up to date with local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Prepare necessary documentation such as contracts, agreements, and lease records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of local property market and industry regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
