Project Manager (Fit Out Projects – Arabic Speaker)

Location: Umm Qarn, Doha, Qatar

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager for one of our esteemed clients, to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, interior design, or civil engineering, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise on-site implementation works and monitor material procurement.
  • Review and ensure project plans are properly executed on-site.
  • Oversee workers and contractors to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, abstracts, and milestones.
  • Verify site measurements and prepare "as-built" drawings for review and approval.
  • Review and validate "as-built" drawings received from contractors against actual site conditions.
  • Provide practical on-site solutions and coordinate with contractors as directed by the Execution Manager.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and verify contractor payment claims.
  • Organize site follow-ups and prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Resolve site-related issues in coordination with the Execution Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in fit-out project management.
  • Nationality: Arabic (Fluent in Arabic and English – written and spoken).
  • Other Requirements:
  • Valid QID and transferable visa.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible to work extended hours when required.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities at all levels.
