Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD/Revit or related software.
  • Develop 2D and 3D drawings, sections, elevations, and as-built drawings.
  • Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to clarify design requirements.
  • Modify and update drawings based on feedback and design changes.
  • Maintain organized documentation and drawing registers.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, design proposals, and project documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman (7 to 10 years)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting tools is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and building standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
