Expertise in Dynamics 365 Human Resources module, including:
Employee Management: Employee records, position management, and organizational hierarchies.
Leave and Absence Management: Leave types, approvals, accruals, and absence reporting.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary structures, allowances, benefits setup, and payroll integration.
Performance Management: Goals, appraisals, performance tracking, and KPIs.
