Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales within the Qatar market. The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and promoting our range of corporate gifting and promotional items to companies across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Qatar's corporate sector, agencies, and government entities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting, product presentations, and quotations to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting solutions tailored to branding, events, and corporate needs.
  • Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and cost estimates.
  • Liaise with procurement, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Study market trends and competitor activities to stay updated and improve sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of sales experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, printing, or related industry in Qatar (preferred).
  • Strong network in the Qatar corporate market is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
