We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project follow-ups and regularly monitor progress against schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely completion of projects and deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project which includes addressing technical problems, managing changes, and negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure that construction work aligns with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other relevant records.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the construction phase.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and any issues to clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in handling large-scale projects.
  • Preferably with experience in supervising project teams.
  • UPDA certification is required.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
  • Native proficiency in Arabic language is required.
  • Proficiency in report writing, document preparation, and data analysis, budgeting, engineering software (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR7, QAR7,500.00 per month
