We are seeking an experienced Fire and Life Safety Compliance Analyst to ensure all facilities comply with QCDD NFPA and company FLS requirements. The role involves conducting audits reviewing designs and material submittals assessing risks and coordinating corrective actions to maintain the highest standards of fire safety across our projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct periodic internal audits of all facilities to ensure compliance with QCDD NFPA and company FLS standards
  • Review fire protection designs shop drawings and material submittals for compliance
  • Evaluate fire protection adequacy emergency preparedness evacuation routes fire doors signage and means of egress
  • Assess fire compartmentation sealing penetrations and fire rated assemblies
  • Identify root causes of non compliance and recommend corrective actions
  • Record track and follow up on FLS non compliance issues
  • Prepare detailed audit and inspection reports
  • Coordinate with project teams facility management and engineering departments to resolve deficiencies

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors Degree in Fire Engineering Mechanical Engineering Safety Engineering or related field
  • Certifications CFPS NFPA or equivalent ISO 45001 Lead Auditor is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of fire protection systems including sprinklers alarms hydrants extinguishers smoke control and emergency lighting
  • In depth understanding of local and international FLS codes QCDD NFPA IBC IFC
  • Ability to interpret fire strategy drawings system layouts and test reports
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience preferably in construction facility management or auditing environments
  • Experience coordinating with QCDD and external fire consultants
