Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Operations & Driver Management Officer, located in Doha, Qatar. The officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of a fleet, including ensuring the efficient and safe operation of trucks and drivers. This includes scheduling and dispatching drivers, monitoring vehicle maintenance and compliance, and addressing any customer service issues related to deliveries.
Qualifications
- Experience with ride-hailing apps
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in managing and operating a drivers and ride bookings
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in a similar role in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
