Position: Spa Manager

Position Overview:

As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the spa's operations, including managing a team of therapists, ensuring high-quality service standards, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to lead a team in a luxurious and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of spa therapists, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and delivering exceptional service to guests
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the spa
- Collaborate with other departments to create and promote spa packages and special offers
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation
- Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury spa or hotel environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products
- Familiarity with inventory management and scheduling software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in Qatar

Contract Details:

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Spa Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
