Overview:

We are seeking a creative, marketing-oriented professional to join our team as
Account Manager and Creative Marketing In-Charge
. The ideal candidate will excel in modern marketing techniques, bring innovative and out-of-the-box ideas, and lead campaigns that deliver measurable results and strong creative impact.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a solid understanding of marketing trends, audience behavior, and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily client communication, understand objectives, and ensure timely, effective delivery.
  • Develop and execute creative, data-driven marketing strategies aligned with client and company goals.
  • Generate new concepts and innovative campaign ideas to enhance brand presence.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging, original content — text, visuals, and videos — that demonstrates strong creativity and marketing insight.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and production teams to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
  • Conduct market and trend research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to measure campaign success and recommend improvements.
  • Present ideas, reports, and results professionally to clients and management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors.
  • Ensure prompt responses to client and audience inquiries on all digital platforms.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven experience in marketing, account management, or social media management (preferably in an agency).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools, techniques, and creative content strategies.
  • Highly creative thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply data insights.
  • Experience in the Qatar market and familiarity with local consumer trends is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Arabic: Fluent
  • English: Fluent

Requirements:

  • Valid Qatari ID.
  • Car and valid driving license.
  • NOC.
