• Strong expertise in

  for Food & Beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design
• Define end-to-end architecture for
  Oracle Fusion ERP
  and
  Simphony POS
  integration.
• Design scalable solutions for
  F&B operations
  , including menu management, pricing, inventory, and POS workflows.
• Ensure seamless integration of
  Simphony with Fusion ERP
  and other enterprise systems using
  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  .
• Implementation & Delivery
• Lead
  large-scale transformation programs
  for hospitality and retail clients.
• Drive
  requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-live
  phases.
• Develop technical components:
  HDL/HSDL loaders, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and custom integrations
  .
• Process Optimization
• Align F&B processes with global best practices for
  inventory, procurement, and financials
  .
• Identify gaps in standard functionality and define customizations.
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during execution.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of
