Facade Cleaner

Good day, we are seeking a hardworking and safety-conscious Facade Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the exterior surfaces of commercial, industrial, and residential buildings, ensuring a spotless and professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and wash building facades, windows, and other exterior surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment.
• Operate lifts, scaffolding, ropes, or other access systems safely.
• Remove dirt, grime, graffiti, and other stains from surfaces.
• Perform basic inspections of exterior surfaces and report any damages.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety policies and regulations.
• Maintain and store cleaning materials and equipment properly.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a facade, window, or exterior cleaner preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
• Valid Working at Heights or Fall Protection certification (an asset).
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable and punctual.
• NOC must be available.

Work Conditions

• Outdoor work environment.
• May require early morning or evening shifts depending on site schedule.
• Safety equipment and training provided.
