Supervisor Fireproofing

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor in Fireproofing & Insulation to join our team for an ongoing project with Qatar Energy in Qatar.

Requirements:

• Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid Transferable Visa / NOC.
• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in Fireproofing & Insulation works (Epoxy / Cementitious / Intumescent systems).
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation, material mixing, application methods, and quality control procedures.
• Experience in supervising site crews, coordinating with QA/QC and safety teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, method statements, and inspection test plans.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control all fireproofing activities at site.
• Ensure quality, safety, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Liaise with clients and inspectors for daily inspections and approvals.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Fireproofing, NACE/SSPC, etc.) will be an added advantage.
