One of our esteemed clients in Qatar's premium hospitality and dining sector is seeking Demi Chefs de Partie (DCDP) to join their culinary team for a short-term event. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading name recognized for its exceptional culinary excellence and high-end guest experience.

Start Date: First Week of November

Contract Duration: 7 Continuous Days

Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day (Including Lunch Break)

Hourly Rate: QAR 20 / Hour

Language Proficiency: Levantine Arabic preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for events
  • Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operation during events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar role within the hospitality or catering industry
  • Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and presentation
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen protocols
  • Team player with excellent communication and time management skills
  • Must be available for the full 7-day contract period
