Ground Handling:

Ground handling services have been the cornerstone of Qatar Aviation Services (QAS) for nearly two decades, serving as the exclusive provider for international airport operations in Qatar. From its inception at Doha International Airport to its current role at the renowned Hamad International Airport, QAS has consistently upheld a standard of excellence in ground handling operations, redefining industry norms along the way.

Customer Experience:

The QAS Passenger Services team is responsible for creating a smooth, professional and seamless customer experience from curbside to boarding, for all international airlines, VVIP private fleet and executive charter customers. Our team of specially recruited and highly trained staff lead passengers through a range of services expected from a premium Passenger Services team. Some of the responsibilities included, Check-in and Boarding, Transfer and Arrivals, Lost and Found, Porterage and Trolley Management, Passengers with Reduced Mobility.

Airside Operations & Engineering:

The ground operations environment is becoming increasingly complex in nature. Airside Operations covers and provide a wide range of services above and below wings delivered by highly skilled and OEM trained staff, operating latest ground services equipment. This and our mature and refined systems, ensure safety and security are maintained as our highest priority. QAS Engineering Services is one of the many unique parts of this organisation that differentiates it from its global competitors. The vast, fully air conditioned, computerized, engineering workshop and maintenance facility, is any maintenance or manufacturing engineer's dream some of the responsibilities are included, loading and offloading, cabin appearance, turnaround coordination, ground transportation, ground support, equipment operations, baggage handling, engineering services and workshop services.

• Customer Services Agent

• Customer Services Agent -Buggy operator

• Senior service excellence delivery agent

• Ground Handling Agent

• Baggage Team Leader 

• Airside Team Leader

• Cabin Appearance Agent 

• Cargo & Baggage Transport Driver

• Body Shop Technician

• GSE Technician

• GSE Workshop Assistant

Additional Information (limited to Fixed-term Contract only)

• Contract Type: Fixed-term contract – 3 years
• Job Type: Shift-based work. Working hours are 48 hours per week and paid overtime if required
• Allowances: Transportation, Company Housing, Allowances, Uniform, Laundry, and Meal provisions.
• Benefits: Annual leave and Flight benefits

About You

• High School Qualification with Minimum 2 years of job - related experience

OR

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 1 years of job-related experience.
