We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Solutions and Marketing Manager to lead both our technology solutions strategy and marketing initiatives. This dual role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and creative vision to drive sales growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities for IT Solutions Management

  • Develop and implement IT solution strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and design tailored technology solutions for clients (cloud, networking, software, cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends to enhance solution offerings.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote IT products and services.
  • Develop marketing materials, proposals, and case studies that highlight company strengths.
  • Manage company website, social media, and digital presence to improve brand awareness.
  • Generate and qualify leads through strategic campaigns and partnerships.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in IT solutions, sales, or marketing management.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services (networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or software solutions).
  • Proven experience leading marketing campaigns in the technology sector.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical and marketing data.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
  • Vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Google Cloud) are a plus.
  • Experience with SEO, social media marketing, and content strategy.
  • Ability to present complex IT solutions in a customer-friendly way.
