Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play a key role in designing presentation decks, wireframes, visual flowcharts, and user experiences that effectively communicate CTS's solution offerings and enhance both internal and client-facing materials.

The ideal candidate will combine design thinking, visual storytelling, and user-centric design principles to produce engaging and impactful digital assets aligned with CTS's innovation-driven portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop presentation decks, solution mock-ups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for client proposals and internal initiatives.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, and process visualizations for CTS's solution architecture (Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, RPA, Data Analytics, Robotics).
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to transform complex technical concepts into visually compelling and easy-to-understand materials.
  • Ensure design consistency across all visual communication and brand assets.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability and design effectiveness.
  • Maintain familiarity with the latest design trends, tools, and UX best practices.
  • Prepare visually engaging pitch decks and client presentations that reflect CTS's brand and innovation approach.
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably within technology or consulting domains.
  • Locally available with Valid QID and transferable Visa (NOC).
  • Strong expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch to name a few.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, flowcharts, mock-ups, and presentation visuals.
  • Understanding of responsive design, user-centred design principles, and usability best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously with professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience designing for enterprise or B2B/B2C technology solutions etc.
  • Strong experience in data visualization, dashboards, UI design, wireframes.
  • Basic understanding of front-end concepts (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
