Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Electro-mechanical, mechanical, or building systems engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintaining and overseeing maintenance of mechanical and lifting equipment such as elevators, escalators, BMUs, and dumbwaiters.
- Proven track record of successful maintenance coordination and contractor management.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of mechanical, and electronic systems related to lifting mechanical and lifting equipment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, electrical schematics, and blueprints.
