المهام والمسؤوليات


• إعداد وتنفيذ خطط واستراتيجيات التسويق (رقمية وميدانية).


• تصميم محتوى مرئي جذّاب للحملات ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والإعلانات.


• إنتاج مقاطع فيديو قصيرة للترويج وتحرير المواد التسويقية.


• كتابة المحتوى باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية للحملات والمنصات الرقمية.


• متابعة بيانات وأداء الحملات التسويقية وتحليلها.


• إعداد دليل تسويق يدوي (Manual Marketing Book) يوثّق الخطط، التصاميم، نبرة العلامة التجارية، والإجراءات ليكون مرجعًا لأي موظف تسويق جديد.


• التعاون مع فريق المنتج والعمليات لتوحيد الأهداف التسويقية.


• إدارة الحملات الإعلانية المدفوعة وتحسينها عبر المنصات المختلفة (Meta، Google، TikTok وغيرها).

المؤهلات والمتطلبات


• خبرة مثبتة في التسويق الرقمي وصناعة المحتوى وإدارة الحملات.


• إجادة استخدام أدوات التصميم (Canva، Adobe Suite أو ما يعادلها).


• مهارة في تحرير الفيديوهات والإخراج البسيط.


• فهم عميق لاتجاهات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.


• مهارة تحليلية في قراءة نتائج الحملات واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة.


• إجادة تامة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتحدثًا).


• شخصية إبداعية، دقيقة، ومنظمة.

Responsibilities


• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns (digital & offline).


• Design engaging visual content for social media, ads, and presentations.


• Create short promotional videos and edit marketing materials.


• Write bilingual (Arabic & English) content for social media, landing pages, and campaigns.


• Monitor campaign analytics, track data, and generate performance reports.


• Build and maintain a Wadai Manual Marketing Book documenting strategies, visuals, tone, and processes for internal use.


• Collaborate with the product and operations teams to align marketing activities with growth goals.


• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.


• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).


• Basic video editing and post-production skills.


• Strong understanding of social media trends and content strategy.


• Analytical mindset — ability to interpret campaign performance and user behavior.


• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).


• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.


• Available to work full-time on-site in Doha.
