We are seeking a well-presented, courteous, and customer-focused Hostess to join our team at a renowned French café and restaurant chain in Qatar. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Hostess plays a key role in delivering a warm and welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive
  • Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
  • Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth seating process
  • Provide menus and introduce the concept of the restaurant to new guests
  • Coordinate with the service and kitchen team to manage table availability and wait times
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with take-away orders or bookings
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house/reception area
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirement:

  • Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing role in the F&B / hospitality industry (experience in premium or French concept restaurants is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, professional appearance and confident demeanor
  • Ability to handle guest requests and manage reservations efficiently
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Local hiring only – Must be currently residing in Qatar
  • Transferable visa with NOC is mandatory
  • Valid Health Certificate required
  • Immediate joiners preferred
