The Cutting Studio (TCS) is a premium garment manufacturing service provider located in Doha, Qatar. Led by visionary CEO Ghada Al Subaey, TCS aims to revolutionize the fashion industry in the region by offering a bespoke service from design to finished product. The studio is committed to supporting both emerging and established designers, while promoting sustainable practices. TCS provides a unique, internationally compatible service in the MENA region.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Studio Manager located in Doha, Qatar. The Studio Manager will oversee daily operations of the studio, manage projects, lead and motivate the team, handle customer service and ensure excellent communication. The Studio Manager will also drive sales, liaise with clients, and ensure the smooth execution of garment manufacturing from concept to completion.

  • Has experience managing a team or studio (fashion, tailoring, or production background preferred).
  • Is detail-oriented and calm under pressure.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally.
  • Genuinely enjoys supporting creatives and bringing order to a fast-paced environment.
  • Is trustworthy, responsible, and proactive someone who takes ownership and cares about doing things well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily studio operations
  • Coordinating designer production and timelines
  • Supervising tailors and ensuring quality control
  • Managing workshop schedules and inventory
  • Supporting logistics, client communication, and internal systems

This is a hands-on, full-time role with plenty of room to grow as the studio expands.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Team Leadership and Project Management abilities
  • Experience in Sales and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
