What You'll Get Your Hands On

  • Define the roadmap for AI adoption across business functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, P&C, Procurement, Commercial , ..
  • Translate organizational objectives into clear AI initiatives and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and implementation timelines for AI pilots and rollouts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate digital transformation goals.
  • Coordinate with Data Science, Technical, and Digital Transformation teams to ensure project alignment with Snoonu's broader AI vision and data infrastructure.
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of AI and automation projects, from use-case identification to deployment.
  • Oversee the evaluation and integration of AI platforms, chatbots, analytics tools, and automation systems.
  • Ensure seamless connection between AI tools and existing systems (ERP, CRM, Odoo, Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Validate project deliverables against business requirements, accuracy, and ROI expectations.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for each AI initiative (e.g., hours saved, process accuracy, cost reduction).
  • Implement dashboards for real-time tracking of adoption, performance, and outcomes.

The Magic You Bring

  • Proven experience managing AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of non-core business processes (HR, Finance, Procurement, Admin, Marketing,CRM, Sales,.. ).
  • Familiarity with AI and data platforms (ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Power Automate, n8n or similar).
  • Understanding of data science fundamentals and ability to collaborate effectively with technical experts.
  • Excellent stakeholder, communication, and change management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in process mapping and performance tracking.
