Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales person located in Doha, Qatar. The Sales person will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchase decisions, maintaining product knowledge, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, managing inventory, processing transactions, and contributing to a positive store atmosphere. The role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Sales and retail experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Product knowledge in women's fashion
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or related fields are beneficial
