Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie with strong expertise in Italian cuisine to join our award-winning culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for authentic Italian flavors, high-quality ingredients, and refined cooking techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality Italian dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Support the Chef de Partie in managing a specific section of the kitchen.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared with precision, consistency, and excellent presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of workstations at all times.
  • Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients, especially pasta, sauces, antipasti, and other Italian components.
  • Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials when needed.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in an Italian kitchen, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Italian techniques, pasta-making, sauces, and classic dishes.
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Culinary diploma or relevant certification is an advantage.
