The Center for People with Disabilities in Qatar is seeking an exceptional Speech & Language Therapist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This role offers an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about advancing the communication, independence, and overall quality of life of individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each client's needs and goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions using best clinical practices.
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse team of specialists, including occupational therapists, ABA Therapists, psychologists, and Special educators, to ensure holistic service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and professional records in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to program development initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Valid professional licensure/eligibility for licensure in Qatar.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and client-centered care.
  • Proficiency in Arabic or English (bilingual proficiency is an advantage).
