Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha for a Park Experience Ambassador. The Park Experience Ambassador will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional visitor experience, including greeting and assisting guests, providing information about attractions, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of park visitors, and responding promptly to inquiries or concerns. The role also involves coordinating with team members to maintain a clean and safe environment across all park areas while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with visitors of diverse backgrounds.
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining visitor satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organizational efficiency.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts to meet the needs of the park's operational schedule.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or tourism industry is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required, with additional training or certifications in customer service being desirable.
