Job Summary

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for planning, monitoring, and improving quality control activities across the vehicle production process. This role involves preparing process quality control documents, training operators, managing quality issues, and implementing quality management rules for the joint venture. Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above.

  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality supervision, preferably in vehicle manufacturing.

  3. Willingness to work long-term abroad.

  4. English proficiency preferred.

Work Experience

Minimum 3 years in quality supervision or quality management in manufacturing or automotive production.

Certificates & Trainings

Quality management certifications are advantageous.

Technical Skills

  1. Strong knowledge of production quality control and inspection methods.
  2. Ability to prepare and maintain quality control documents.
  3. Skilled in training and developing operator and inspection teams.
  4. Familiarity with quality standards and regulations in automotive manufacturing.
  5. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems for quality tracking and reporting
