Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage and oversee
    QIC Group client requirements
    , ensuring efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for QIC Group clients, addressing concerns and providing strategic IT solutions.

Application Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the complete
    lifecycle of IT applications
    , from planning and development to deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Ensure applications align with business goals and industry best practices.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of
    account managers, business analysts, and support staff
    .
  • Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring team productivity and professional growth.

Requirement Analysis & Business Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to
    gather, analyze, and prioritize
    application requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and development roadmaps.

Vendor & Partner Management:

  • Collaborate with
    Anoud Tech's product teams and external software vendors
    .
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure application performance, timely updates, and seamless integration.

Budget & Financial Management:

  • Plan and manage the
    budget
    for application development, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Optimize costs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management:

  • Implement and oversee
    quality assurance
    processes to meet application performance and security standards.
  • Identify and
    mitigate risks
    associated with application development, maintenance, and deployment.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Monitor application
    performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations
    as required.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and efficiency of IT applications.

Security & Compliance:

  • Ensure applications comply with

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:
