Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing data-driven solutions to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across departments to ensure business needs are clearly understood and translated into functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to elicit requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams during design and implementation phases.
  • Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.
  • Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and documentation using data analysis tools.
  • Track and report on project status, risks, and deliverables.
  • Support change management and user training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and systems analysis.
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, SQL, and business intelligence software.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
