We are proud to be working with our prestigious VVIP operator in the Middle East in their search for a Vice President – Technical to join their executive team. This role will provide strategic leadership across all technical and engineering functions, ensuring the organisation remains innovative, efficient, and positioned for long-term success.

The successful candidate will be required to develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that the Part 145 and Part M /CAMO activities across the airline fleet are in compliance with local aviation regulations.

Role Requirements:

  • Willing to relocate full time to Qatar
  • Min Bachelors qualification within an aircraft related trade
  • Minimum 15 years airline experience in CAMO and / or Part 145 environment
  • Minimum 5 years of Management job-related experience required
  • Experience in Operational environment (VIP Operation preferred)
  • Experience in leading, managing and developing a sizeable maintenance organisation, with responsibility for overall planning and financial accountability
  • A clear understanding of operational excellence, quality, health and safety and technical issues
  • Ideally VIP Fleet experience
  • Executive management experience
