Professional Experience:
  • 5–10 years of experience in Oracle DBA roles, with at least 3 years managing EBS or large enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, and WebLogic Administration.
  • Experience in Linux/Unix system administration and shell scripting.
  • Exposure to cloud (OCI, AWS RDS, or Azure Database Services) is an advantage.
Certifications (Preferred):
  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) – Database Administration
  • Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) – RAC and Grid Infrastructure
  • ITIL v4 Foundation

  • Database uptime and availability (≥ 99.9%)
  • Mean time to resolve (MTTR) for database incidents
  • Number of successful patching and upgrade cycles without rollback
  • Compliance with backup and recovery standards
  • Successful completion of DR tests
  • Reduction in performance incidents and resource utilization anomalies
