About the role:

Responsible for overall delivery of AR sub-processes ensuring seamless service delivery, maximum stakeholder satisfaction and effective people management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Own delivery of Sales to Cash sub-process as per defined SLAs and KPIsMonitor daily volumes for AR sub-processesLiaise with stations/customers/banks/BPO for follow ups on pending customer issues.Ensure timely issuance of Sales reports with all supporting documents (LPOs).Follow up with all stakeholders (SGS, QAS, Customers, Qpost) for any missing documents via email and telephone.Check Sales Reports to ensure all invoices and credit memos are issued timely.Verify all details on invoices/credit memos and attached documents before approval.Handle filing for all invoices and credit memos for future reference or claims.Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and manage cash application to properly apply all cash receipts and bank transfers.Monitor SLA/KPI for the unit and keep close track for non-compliances with SLA/KPI and take initiatives for closing the gap in performance.Manage and help resolve customer disputes while maintaining dispute reporting. Arrange and provide invoice copies to customers as needed.Work closely with team members on the exception handling and issue resolutionEnsure timely preparation of periodic schedulesSupport, escalate and lead dispute resolution issues and coordinate with stakeholdersEnsure Processors are timely raising invoices for non-ticket salesPropose improvement initiatives to assist with controlling and improving S2C sub processResearch best practices and technologies to be proposed and applied within Sales to Cash with the scope of improving overall company position within industry benchmarks including but not limited at: Tableau, Power BI, etcPerform all activities ensuring SLA/KPI's are achieved, including but not limited to ensuring on time collections, resolving customer queries within the defined TAT, managing ticketing access within the defined TAT, etc.Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department

About You:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experienceExperience in Sales to Cash/ Accounts Receivable profile with work experience within the Aviation or travel and hospitality industry.Experience in senior management reporting, business control role at BU or Global Business Services (GBS), with exposure to enabling technology and ERP systems is preferred (Oracle preferred)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of IATA/ICH/ICCS/CASS rules, regulationsCustomer service mindset with excellent customer service skillsAbility to build relationships across the organization and geographic regionsEnglish verbal and written communication skills
