We are hiring an experienced and refined Hostess to join a prestigious luxury fine dining venue in Qatar. The ideal candidate will create an exceptional first impression for our guests, demonstrating warmth, professionalism, and a passion for delivering a world-class hospitality experience in an elegant and sophisticated setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with genuine warmth, grace, and professionalism.
  • Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and introduce their service attendants.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and waitlists, providing timely updates and clear communication with guests.
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized attention to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Handle inquiries, special requests, and feedback with courtesy, discretion, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate closely with the service, culinary, and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Uphold the venue's image of sophistication and luxury through impeccable grooming and demeanor.
  • Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually appealing reception and entrance area at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in hospitality or front-of-house operations is an advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Hostess or in a similar role within a fine dining or high-end luxury hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Professional appearance with a polished and confident demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a calm approach under pressure.
  • A warm, courteous, and guest-centric attitude with a commitment to excellence.
  • Proficiency in reservation software and basic computer applications.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset.
