We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead operations in the construction equipment and procurement sector. The ideal candidate must be currently residing in Qatar, with 2 to 3 years of local experience, and should be immediately available with a valid QID and NOC.
This is a leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, strategic planning, and vendor management skills, particularly within the construction and heavy equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the construction equipment and procurement divisions
- Manage vendor relationships, supply chain logistics, and procurement processes
- Lead strategic planning to improve productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate with engineering and site teams to ensure equipment readiness and allocation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Recruit, train, and manage team members as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar managerial role in Qatar
- Industry Background: Construction Equipment & Procurement
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field)
- Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Availability: Must be immediately available with valid QID and transferable NOC
